About Drain Harbor: Serving Philadelphia 19124 and Beyond
Drain Harbor isn't just another drain cleaning service; we're a local business, owned and operated by Michael 'Mike' Chen, right here in Philadelphia 19124. Mike started Drain Harbor with a clear vision: to provide straightforward, effective drain solutions to his neighbors in neighborhoods like Frankford, Bridesburg, and Juniata. Having worked in the plumbing field for years, Mike saw a need for a drain cleaning service that truly understood the unique challenges of Philadelphia's older housing stock. From the charming, century-old rowhomes of Kensington to the sturdy brick twins in Oxford Circle, each property has its own plumbing quirks, and Mike built Drain Harbor to address them head-on.

That's why we focus on getting to the root of the issue quickly, whether it's a stubborn grease buildup in a kitchen line or tree root intrusion in a main sewer line, a common issue in areas with mature trees like those found near Tacony Creek Park. We pride ourselves on providing clear explanations and upfront quotes before any work begins, ensuring you understand the solution and the cost. Mike, as the owner and lead drain technician, is personally involved in much of the work, ensuring every job meets the high standards he set for Drain Harbor.

What Pennsylvania 19124, Philadelphia Customers Say
“Our kitchen sink in our Frankford rowhome was completely backed up, and after trying everything ourselves, we called Drain Harbor. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue as a stubborn grease clog deep in the pipe, and used a powerful hydro-jetting tool. The water started draining perfectly within minutes. It was a huge relief to have it fixed so quickly and professionally.”
“We had a really slow shower drain that was starting to pool water in our Juniata Park bathroom. Drain Harbor came out and explained that it was likely a buildup of hair and soap scum over the years. They used a specialized auger to clear the blockage, and now the water goes down faster than it ever has. Very clean work and friendly service.”
“Our basement floor drain in Feltonville started overflowing during a heavy rain, which was a huge concern. Drain Harbor investigated and found tree roots had infiltrated the main line. They were able to clear the roots and restore proper flow. While it was a bigger job than we expected, they explained everything clearly and got the job done effectively, preventing potential water damage.”
